    About this Position / Responsibilities

    The sales coordinator will report directly to the Sales Support Manager and will be responsible for service support renewals.  In addition, the coordinator will handle routine customer inquiries, deliveries, order changes, service updates, and related matters. Acknowledges orders, prepare quotations from prevailing price lists, and advise customers of order status and back orders. 



    • Work closely with Support Manager, Engineering, Account Management, and the leadership team.
    • Update, track and quote all service renewals.
    • Process customer inquiries, quoting standard prices, delivery information, and terms.
    • Write and review quotes and orders for accuracy prior to placing them.
    • Provide Logistic support by tracking purchase orders, shipments and inventory.
    • Contact vendors and compare pricing, availability, and shipping information to determine the best to use for a given order.
    • Customer follow up on all placed orders and services to maintain high customer satisfaction rate.
    • Responds/researches complaints and resolves them if possible. If complaint cannot be resolved it should be referred to the Account Manager.
    • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the Telecommunications and Network Management industries.
    • Respond to and compile information for assigned RFQ/RFPs.


    • Associate’s degree in business, marketing, communications, technology or related field.
    • Cisco SmartNet knowledge desired
    • One to three years sales, sales support and/or customer service experience.
    • Courteous, professional, and friendly demeanor
    • Detail oriented a must
    • Excellent communication skills, resilient, personable, well organized, and able to multi-task.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent PC skills.

    The person in this position constantly communicates with customers/vendors who have inquiries about our company, the services and solutions we provide and want to discuss concerns/issues.  Must be able to exchange accurate information and address questions, concerns/issues.
