    About this Position / Responsibilities

    Experienced Marketing Director to effectively manage the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization. Manage programs in specific channels, support business objectives, provide sales support, advance brand building, and manage marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.


    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead efforts in creation of a comprehensive Marketing Plan. Manage and coordinate all marketing and advertising activities.
    • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
    • Perform competitive and market analysis with respect to business plans, go-to market strategies, existing and new product lines.
    • Translate value propositions into impactful sales enablement, including pitch decks, case studies, presentation slides, sales sheets, videos, collaterals, whitepapers, etc.
    • Provide expertise on business analytics and industry trends.
    • Lead efforts in brand awareness, demand generation, and development of campaigns, digital marketing and relevant contents.
    • Act as a central point for public relations activities.
    • Participate in trade shows, seminars, industry events and deliver presentations as necessary.
    • Create and maintain content on corporate website.        
    • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different partnership channels in order to maximize joint marketing funds, lead generations and brand awareness.
    • Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms.
    • Lead efforts in Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing activities
    • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results.
    • Report on marketing program return on investment and key performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with the Business Development, Sales, Engineering, Staffing, HR, and Accounting teams.
    • Assist in generation of a comprehensive communications plan (internal, external and channel)
    • Assist in development of compelling proposals.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, MBA preferred
    • Minimum of 10 years Marketing experience with proven ability in leadership role
    • Strong experience in Strategic Marketing planning and execution in Digital Marketing, Direct Mail and Alternative Media, Strategy, Branding and Research, B2B Multichannel Direct Marketing.
    • Experience in building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
    • Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
    • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
    • Strong organization, planning and management skills
    • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
    • High energy individual with a results-oriented, customer-centric, can-do attitude
    • Ability to make compelling presentation to an audience of diverse business stakeholders
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Ability to travel as necessary
