    About this Position / Responsibilities

    This position functions as a point of escalation (Tier II) with the Sales and Retention team.  The selected individual will work directly with small businesses on new policy sales, policy renewal, and cancellation calls as well. The ideal candidate would have experience working in an environment where they would interact with clients and provide broker-type services to get them enrolled or keep them enrolled.

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    This position requires experience working with health insurance (ACA) small business clients (regardless of state). 

     

    A Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting/Economics; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is helpful.

     

    Experience with customer service, billing and invoicing inquiries, specifically related to health insurance is required.

     

    Exceptional verbal communication skills and customer service skills are required.

     

    Experience working with Brokers and General Agents helpful.

     

    Experience with billing research and account resolution, experience with small business (health insurance) and/or working with billing of physicians offices helpful.
