    About this Position / Responsibilities

    • Support Recruiting team with a number of functions under the supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition.
    • Coordinate interviews as requested; schedule and coordinate logistics for recruiting events.
    • Assist in creation of and posting job requisitions, coordinate calendars, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Process and coordinate online applications and background checks.
    • Assist in monitoring progress and keeping track of candidate submittals in the Applicant Tracking System.
    • Re-format applicant resumes to client templates when necessary.
    • Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests as required.
    • Coordinate with Human Resources to support the onboarding process.
    • Support Director of Human Resources on miscellaneous projects.
    • Provide general Recruiting/HR office administrative support.


    • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work expirience required. 
    • Attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality, along with initiative and good judgment is essential.
    • Experience with records management, and the ability to protect and ensure the confidentiality of employee data.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, project management and problem-solving skills. 
    • iCIMS experience preffered.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

    Physical Requirements

    The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc

    Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

    The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
