NFF, Inc.  is looking for an experienced Salesforce developer who is always looking for new ways to solve problems, meet challenges and improve software capability and functionality. The Salesforce developer will design, code, test and implement new Salesforce software applications to meet project objectives and support new or expanding business objectives. This will include analysis, testing and deployment of new or updated software applications. The Salesforce Developer will work in an Agile Team environment to contribute expertise to the design and build of world-class applications to meet evolving requirements and improve our internal and client-facing Salesforce environment. Candidates should be able to participate in the entire development lifecycle from design through deployment.

Requirements

• Contribute expertise to the design and build of world-class applications to meet evolving requirements and improve our internal and client-facing Salesforce environment.
• Proficient with Apex, Salesforce Lightning, VisualForce, Native, MySQL and JavaScript
• Create applications to interface with Salesforce
• Evaluate existing CRM and case management processes and determine potential Salesforce-enabled enhancements
• Oversee solutions design and delivery, including integration with existing architecture
• Identify opportunities for CRM and Einstein Analytics automation
• Collaborate with business application owners to advance development of key market tools

Skills

• Required 11+ years’ BA experience
• Required 11+ years’ Software Development Lifecycle experience
• Required 11+ years’ experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Required 11+ years’ MS Office/PowerPoint experience
• Required 5+ years’ demonstrated work experience with SalesForce Platform as a developer.
• Required 5+ years’ experience with demonstrated work experience with APEX Programming Language
• Required 5+ years’ experience with demonstrated experience with VisualForce
• Required 5+ years’ experience with SalesForce Security Models.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
