About this Position / Responsibilities

Are you a driven and experienced sales professional looking to make a real impact in the IT industry? Do you have a passion for supporting State and Local government agencies, educational institutions, and other public sector organizations? NFF is seeking a talented Client Engagement Executive to join our team and drive IT innovation in Maryland.

  • Drive sales growth and long-term results by selling enterprise-scale IT services and solutions to Maryland state and local government and education institutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts, expand existing relationships, and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present competitive proposals and bids.
  • Build and maintain strong C-Level relationships and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share customer and competitor feedback with NFF leadership.

Qualifications

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience selling Information Technology solutions and outsourced or managed consulting services
  • Proven track record of sales success at the Executive level and building C-Level relationships
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work remotely and travel as required.

Highly Desirable:

  • Previous experience with a network and/or security solutions provider or manufacturer.
  • Proven experience selling Cisco, NetApp, Dell, Splunk, or other industry products and solutions.
  • Experience working with Maryland SLED clients
