About this Position / Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Maximo to Citiworks integration/migration project.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, vendors, and consultants.
  • Conduct business process analysis and map current vs. future state workflows.
  • Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration efforts.
  • Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes between Maximo and Citiworks.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality assurance, and validation throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and Change management activities.
  • Monitor project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Ensure project communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Align project outcomes with organizational goals and digital transformation strategies.
  • Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics related to the project.
  • Working within the guidelines and framework set by PMO. 

Qualifications

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or utility systems.
  • Experience with GIS (Esri), Maximo, SCADA systems, Permits, water quality monitoring systems or utility billing platforms.
  • Familiarity with EPA and water utility regulations.
  • Knowledge of mobile workforce management tools and field data collection.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the utility sector.
  • Agile or hybrid project delivery experience.
  • Proven experience with IBM Maximo and/or Citiworks platforms.
  • Strong understanding of asset management, work order systems, and utility operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
