About this Position / Responsibilities

NFF, Inc. is seeking a Senior AWS Connect Developer for one of our premier DC customers. The AWS Connect Developer will provide technical support for our customers who is currently in the process of implementing a large scale AWS Connect implementation. This position serves as the first point of contact for the implementation with regards to implementing many AWS Connect features to our customer's current IT portfolio. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement AWS Connect processes to include new or modifications to applications, forms, workflow, policies, actions, access control, interfaces, and any other configurations required to support client processes
  • Manages the overall implementation process for new AWS Connect features including but not limited to: 
    • Call Center Interfaces 
    • Contact Information Features 
    • Chatbox utilization
  • Provide recommendations for enhancing existing operations and provide recommendations for new updates or modifications
  • Coordinating with project staff to execute deliverables in a timely and effective manner. 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working directly with AWS Connect 
  • Background in facilitating working with a team to implement AWS Connect 
  • Experience with features such as Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Skill-Based Routing, and Live Chat 
  • Prior Federal goverenment experience preferred
