About this Position / Responsibilities

NFF is seeking a Senior Curam Business Systems Analyst role for one of our premier healthcare customers. The candidate shall be customer service oriented, have strong team and interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task when required. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing current challenges, partnering with leadership to help develop strategic plans and initiatives to address priorities, identifying change opportunities and recommending supporting initiatives, planning and leading workshops for gap analysis and training sessions.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The Analyst will be required to analyze, validate and support implementation of requirements for projects from inception to conclusion.
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend areas for improvement, optimization, development and or maintenance through analyzing system performance, known system issues, existing documentation, and supporting technology related to business processes.
  • Will become an integral part of the Project Team, making every problem associated to the platform a problem of their own and will demonstrate the required initiative and critical thinking abilities necessary to resolve all problems and challenges accordingly.
  • Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Required 16+ years’ Business Analyst experience
  • Required 16+ years’ Software Development Lifecycle experience
  • Required 16+ years’ experience requirements gathering and documenting
  • Required16+ years’ MS Office/PowerPoint experience
  • Required 5+ years’ working knowledge of writing functional, technical and performance requirements in software development environment.
  • Required 5+ years’ experience of excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Required 5+ years’ experience with Data Analysis Tools and Technologies, such as IBM Knowledge Center Bus Analysis Guide; Curam Data Dictionary.
  • Required 4+ years’ experience in producing deliverable quality documents.
  • Required 6+ years’ professional experience with MS Office applications, MS Project and Visio.
  • Required 3+ years’ experience with Curam software V6 or higher.
  • Required 2+ years’ project manager experience in Change and Release management disciplines related to testing, updating and integrating hardware and software technologies.
  • Required 2+ years’ experience working with Microstrategy, HP Exstream, Tableau, Curam, JIRA and Salesforce.
  • Required 4+ years’ proven experience with driving functional design sessions.
  • Required 4+ years’ proven experience with project management methodologies

Education/Certifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, CS, IT or related field or equivalent experience
