About this Position / Responsibilities

NFF is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft, including core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Employee and Manager Self Service, and Profile Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices. You will work closely with Human Capital Information Management senior leadership to ensure the effective operation, support system implementation, configuration, testing, validation and user training.

  • Assist with data conversion/validation, develop and test reports, and contributes to functional design documents.
  • Define data objects to be extracted.
  • Review error logs/discrepancy reports.
  • Participate in data cleanup initiatives.
  • Test new and existing reports that have been developed.
  • Test functionality/ quick actions
  • Support data conversion validation efforts.
  • Assist in the documentation of business processes, configurations, and system modifications.
  • Support user acceptance testing and end-user training sessions.
  • Identify and document discrepancies, errors, or missing data using Jira.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in systems analysis in a PeopleSoft HCM environment.
  • Must include four (4) years of functional experience in an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as PeopleSoft Query.
  • Experience with Power BI, formulas, pivot tables, SQL, VLOOKUP, filtering, and data sorting for validation purposes.
